Kick up

I am slowly getting the hang of doing this technique properly. Method- I let one leg dangle and use it to knee upwards as if I breaking a stick over it, thus gaining LOTS of helpful momentum upwards. I use explosive energy to pop up and then I pull myself up the rest of the way.
This is already an improvement as you can see from my previous videos. I getting happy with it, just need to practice, practice, practice. :D

A good day!

Today I went into the city for a little wall work as I don't have any walls where I live.
Me, Nygagi and Manticore started out the day by cleaning up some of pur training spots, rubbish, glass etc. Then we had some fun around the city trying new things and I myself broke some boundries and fears of my own, my first real level-level leaps I have tried, I worked myself up to them but eventually got them, I was really proud of myself and happy :)!!! I also think that I was the first one ever to do this specific leap, but I can't say forsure!
*Note, This isn't supposed to be a serious video, hence the music and the quality. My camera is broken at the moment.

I Built This

Well, here is the first vid of me doing some of my daily routines on my new parkour equiptment. It works great and I love it! Yes, it does look funny when in fast mo, to get the full effect i would have to put it in normal speed but i didnt want to bore you too much ;)
Anyway, you can see that most of the drills I do to condition are not actual parkour, but they are not just exercises, they are parkour orientated exercises, hehe.... So they are still meaniful to parkour but they are hard, repetative movements that really work the appropriate muscles while developing technique, balance and all the other good stuff along the way. This is about half of what I do each day, I go for runs or bicycle runs up and down steep hills about 2-3 times a week along with this as well as 2x as much stuff on the actual apparatus here.

Sneak Peak

Hello again,
Here is a very short clip of some basic movements that I was practising on my equiptment.
If your wondering, the equiptment still needs a few braces before I can do anything big or fancy.
When I get the braces in, i will make a video of me training on here...
so keep updated!
